The infrastructure upgrade for our nam1 cluster is complete. All gateways using the Basic Station protocol are back online. Some gateways that use the old UDP protocol do not reconnect automatically, and may have to be restarted manually.

Verifying
We've migrated the nam1 deployment to the new infrastructure and are currently verifying that it is working correctly. Our DNS records have changed, and some gateways may need to be restarted to resolve the new IP addresses.

We will upgrade the underlying infrastructure of our nam1 cluster from AWS EC2 to ECS. This maintenance is expected to result in downtime. After the maintenance is complete some gateways and integrations may have to be restarted in order to resolve the new IP addresses for the cluster.
